The Physical Fitness Test

This test will include

  • 1.6 km of running which has to be completed within 5 minutes and 40 seconds maximum.  The earlier the better. 


  • 08 reps of Chin-ups with under grip

  • 20 Push-ups of plank type



In order to progress oneself to the next stage of recruitment, candidate has to clear the above mentioned tests.


Written Examination

It will be objective type examination which will include the questions from the subjects like General Awareness and Reasoning.
NOTE: The result of the written examination will be declared on the same day of conducting of the examination.


  • After the qualification from the written examination, the candidates will be put through an Adaptability test in which their adaptability will be put to test in certain geographic environments, weather and terrain.


  • Those who qualify from the Adaptability test 01 will then be put through the second Adaptability test which will test the candidates on the basis of their requisite comprehension and communication ability.


  • The final stage of recruitment is the Medical Examination in which the candidates will be checked thoroughly for any kind of defects by births or due to any incident in their lives. Candidates with proper body functionality and fit candidates will be selected through this test.
